The Bayfields Recruitment Process

A member of the team will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible.

The first stage of the recruitment process will be a group session, where you will be given the opportunity to learn more about the company and see if you think we would be the right fit for you. We will then let you know if you are through to the next stage.

The second stage of the recruitment process will be an individual interview where we can get to know more about you, your work history, aspirations and most importantly what you like to do for fun. We will let you know within 48 hours (where possible), if you have been successful.
