During recent months, we’ve made some important changes to ensure that our clients, and our team, are fully protected. From full PPE and enhanced hygiene measures, to a streamlined, low-contact appointment from beginning to end. As part of these measures, we are only accepting appointments made by phone and online booking, no walk-ins. Once you've contacted us, we'll arrange a phone consultation in the first instance to minimise the time you'll need to spend in the practice. Hearing Care
If you are experiencing a hearing issue, please contact your local practice via telephone to book your appointment and we will carry out a telephone consultation in the first instance to ascertain if we can help you remotely or if we need to see you in person. You'll appreciate hearing appointments are more difficult to do at a distance, so we'll always try to do these remotely wherever possible.

Need a contact lens review?
At the moment, due to the need for appropriate distancing, all contact lens reviews will be carried out by phone. Simply call your local practice, and if our Optometrist needs to see you, they’ll arrange it during the call.
