We currently have 22 practices, from Guildford in Surrey all the way up to County Durham. The Role:
• Your role will be to support our goal to be the acquirer of choice.
You will be an integral part of the acquisitions team. You will do this by driving our newly acquired practice through their journey to become part of the Bayfields family.
• You will introduce and embed our culture, values, policies, processes and procedures and you will offer on the ground coaching and training.
Requirements:
• This role will involve travelling to various locations across a wide geographical area.
• You will need to be an excellent coach with great analytical skills. You will need to be an effective communicator and manage your time and capacity efficiently.
• It would be beneficial to have a good understanding of IT, experience training individuals and teams as well as experience integrating businesses, but these are not essential as training will be given.
• This role is ideal for a manager / someone with management experience or capability who is looking to take a step into the operational area of our business.
