We currently have 22 practices, from Guildford in Surrey all the way up to County Durham. The Role:

The mission of the role is to support our practices to ensure diaries are full and smartly booked.

The Client Services Advisors are an extension of practice teams, whilst being the “voice of Bayfields”, leading the way in customer services and portraying the Bayfields brand in the best possible light.

Duties include:

•    Fill practice diaries for optical and audiology clinics, ensuring perfect appointment booking and smart booking is carried out every time.
•    Be a beacon of Bayfields knowledge, ensuring you can support or signpost any client requests as if you were in-practice.
•    Understand the recall process, ensuring you can support the Team Leader in task dropping, priority setting and ensuring processes run efficiently.
•    Be meticulous about data, ensuring all records and client details are updated fully and correctly every time, and that practices have sufficient details to follow-up in-person.
•    Take ownership, feedback client issues and flag potential issues or stuck points as they arise to ensure we are always giving Obsessively Great Service.
•    Be a Bayfields champion, understand our brand, service offering and client journey and enthusiastically champion this with our clients.
•   ​You will be targeted on Calls per day / Bookings per day (optical and audiology) / Conversion rate / Data accuracy / Smart booking


•    Excellent Communication skills
•    Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to add some “theatre” to your telephone conversations
•    Computer proficient and skilled in data entry
•    Highly motivated
•    Ability to multitask
•    Extremely Organised
•    Ability to diagnose and solve problems
•    Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
