We’re looking for a

Marketing & Business Administration Apprentice

to work in our Marketing Department in Esholt (near Leeds/Bradford)

Working predominantly within our Marketing Team as a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support our central support team with all administrative tasks and you will play a key part in the success of our business by contributing to help maintain a high standard of service. Confidentiality is vital at all times.

The role will include various administration duties with the aim to develop and have more responsibility during your apprenticeship.

The role, after training, will include the following areas:

  • To achieve positive working relationships by being an excellent communicator between the practices and the marketing department, using multiple forms of communication including; emails, phone calls, face to face
  • To provide administration to the marketing and recall department, such as; scanning, filing, data input and maintaining records
  • Support the Marketing Executive in all day to day marketing tasks such as ordering print, organising events, and preparing campaign packs
  • Be a team player, willing to support the entire team whilst learning new marketing skills and customer service knowledge daily
  • Ensuring that the policies of the company are observed, and that good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and confidentiality

Qualifications: 5 GCSE's at C/4, equivalent or above including Maths and English
