Belong is our contact lens care membership, with invaluable benefits, offers and discounts for just £12 a month. This is an enhanced care plan that does not include your lenses, and is not included with a standard lens subscription. Across the Bayfields family, we've been learning which savings and perks would genuinely make your life easier, and your wallet happier.

You don’t need to be a full-time wearer either, anyone who gets their contact lenses from Bayfields is welcome to join.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Offer is only available to clients registered with one of our Bayfields practices.
  2. Offer is open to those who set up a new Direct Debit, and anyone who has previously been part of the Bfree or Be You schemes with Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists.
  3. You must have an up-to-date prescription, as frequently as recommended by their Optometrist, in order to continue receiving your Belong Benefits.
  4. Belong clients will be eligible for the entitlements detailed on their plan as soon as they’ve paid their first Direct Debit and paid an initial three-month payment for contact lens supply.
  5. No refunds are available for eye care, or services already provided.
  6. All Belong benefits are redeemable only by the registered person who is signed up to the plan.
  7. Membership is valid up until any cancellation of your Direct Debit payments, failure to collect payment or after client’s prescription becomes invalid.
  8. Belong benefits can be redeemed under the following conditions:
  9. Free Appointments are available where an appointment is due, where a client has good reason to believe their prescription may have changed, or when the client needs an emergency appointment.
  10. £120 off specs annually – this will be discounted from the cost of your frames only, lenses are not covered under the plan. Excludes reglazes.
  11. 1/3 off contact lenses included in the Bayfields product range.
  12. 1/3 off contact lens solutions included in the Bayfields product range.
  13. 10% off Thea Products
  14. Free delivery of contact lenses up to 12 times a year 
    20% off sunglasses, excluding anything from our Complete Range.
  15. Free replacements for broken lenses: up to 2 free daily or monthly reusable lenses to replace lost or damaged lenses.
  16. 10 pairs of free Daily Disposable lenses each year: Only applicable where daily disposable contact lenses are available in a suitable prescription for you.
  17. Pay As You Go clients will not receive the benefits listed for Belong clients, and will pay the standard charges for their appointments, as per their local branch’s current pricing list. Pay As You Go clients will also not receive any of the benefits listed for a Belong Contact Lens Plan client.
  18. Records of any benefits redeemed under the Pay As You Go and Belong plan will be held on your client record. 
    The offer is for adults 18 and over only.
  19. Benefits and offers are subject to appointments available in practice.
  20. Offers listed cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher, no alternative or cash exchange is available.
