We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients which is at the core of what we do.

Due to the nature of the role, we need an experienced People Administrator who is confident and enthusiastic and has experience of working within a fast-paced People/HR team with good attention to detail and the ability to make decisions confidently and independently.  You and the team are responsible for looking after all our practices currently 55 (one in Cork and 54 in England) and our Central Support team based in Esholt.  You will support the People Business Partners in dealing with all internal queries, managing our payroll bureau, activities on our HR dashboard and providing reports or HR metrics as and when needed for the team.

To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator, computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages (especially Excel) with experience of payroll administration and HR systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Assistant to grow and develop their skills further within a small, fast paced team.  If you are ready for a new and exciting opportunity, then we would love to hear from you!
