I have written two previous reviews, one abysmal and the oth...er OK as it was improving. Today; WOW what a difference. Not even one slight niggle. Sarah and her staff could not have been better. Greeted warmly, appointment with Zaid was on time and he was extremely thorough.
I am more than happy to remain with Bayfields and would encourage anyone to give them a try. Infact it was just like being back with the Taylor family, which is high praise indeed!

Well I have written two previous reviews; one abysmal and on...e OK as the business was improving. Today was amazing! Sarah and her team have made huge improvements. I was greeted warmly and my appointment with Zaid was on time. He was engaging, professional and thorough as were all the staff.
I cannot recommend this team more highly, infact it was like being back with the Taylor family! Go on, give them a go!

It has to be said for any business when something goes wrong... it often cascades into a series of events that make a situation unbelievably worse. This was one of those times.
One be one, both arms fell off my only pair of glasses and I had no spare pair and the replacements were desperately needed before I went away with work and my new ones should have arrived but didn’t.
However, despite everything going wrong, Sarah, the manager did go above and beyond to get Bayfields to put things right to my satisfaction and for that I am very grateful.
Things do go wrong, it’s how people try to put them right that really matters. Thank you.

I went to Bayfields Opticians in Frodsham yesterday for a ro...utine eye test and was very impressed with the service I received. My eye test was performed by Zaid who was great as was Sarah the practice manager. Highly recommended!
