Bayfields Opticians are committed to providing a high-quality service for the local community. Formerly known as E Aves Opticians, the team at Bayfields ensure all of it's customers leave the South Woodford store healthy, happy, seeing better and feeling more confident with our expert eye test and eye care service. 
 
We take a little extra time, because it's worth it.
There's a lot to a good eye test. We want to find out how your glasses and contact lenses fit into your life, and where we can make things better. We also want to make sure we catch any potential issues before they cause bigger problems. That's why our eye tests usually last around 45 minutes, noticeably longer than the industry standard.
 
Audiology is here!
To complement the full range of optical services we offer, we've now rolled out full audiological services to make sure that your hearing is just as healthy as your vision. We offer free hearing tests and trials of best-selling hearing products —ask one of our team when you drop by to find out more.

I had a very nice experience at Bayfield Opticians and Audio...logists today when I went for my eye test and to get new glasses. They are very kind and helpful and the best opticians I have been over the last 24years. They are exceptionally nice and helpful ant explaining everything about the eye test and results, their shop is beautiful and have an amazing selection of glasses frames to choose from. Thank you for your exceptional service and help. Highly recommend them !

I've recently moved to Bayfield's South Woodford branch and ...have visited twice in the last few months for various appointments. The service I have received so far has been immediately welcoming and personable. Kish was super informative and professional during my eye examination, explaining every step of the way so I understood my own eye health and changing prescription in simple terms. I can only share my deepest apologies to Amit who assisted me through my whole glasses frame selection and remained extremely patient and helpful despite changing my mind and trying on what must have been 20+ different pairs… He was so helpful in explaining the breakdown of my membership and advice for appointments going ahead. The staff truly go above and beyond at this branch!
