  1. Recommend a friend or family member to Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists this Christmas and we will say thank you with a £50 e-voucher for you and a free eye exam for your friend.
  2. Your friend or family member must visit us for their eye exam on or before the 31st December 2021 for you to be eligible for the £50 e-voucher. If they visit us after this time, you will receive a £20 e-voucher instead.
  3. Vouchers will be sent via email, so providing us with a valid up-to-date email address is essential.
  4. Vouchers will be processed as efficiently as possible, but please allow up to 2 working weeks to receive yours.
  5. There is no limit to the number of people you can recommend to us, but you can only claim up to 6 x £50 e-vouchers during the promotion.
  6. Your friend or family member must be a new client to Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists. A "new client" is a client that has not visited a Bayfields practice, or a Bayfields practice under its previous name, in the last 4 years.
  7. Offer subject to available appointments in practice.

  9. The offer is for adults only, children’s eye exams are not included in our refer a friend scheme.
  10. Until the end of December 2021, we will offer new clients a free advanced or elite eye exam. This will mean a scan, OCT and/or Optomap will be included with the regular eye exam free of charge. Each practice will offer the highest level of eye exam, depending on the technology they have available.
