You’ll receive an email with your Virgin Experience eCard shortly after your friend has had their eye exam or hearing health check.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Introduce a friend or family member to Bayfields and we will say thank you with a £20 Virgin Experience Days voucher for you and a free eye test or hearing health check for your friend. Vouchers will be awarded once a new client has completed their free Eye Exam.
  2. Vouchers will be sent via email, so providing a valid up-to-date email address is essential. Vouchers will be processed as efficiently as possible, but please allow up to 6 working weeks to receive yours, starting from when your friend attends their appointment.
  3. There is no limit to the number of people you can recommend to us.
  4. A "new client" is a client that has not visited a Bayfields practice, or a Bayfields practice under its previous name, in the last 4 years.
  5. The offer is for adults only, children’s eye exams are not included in our introduce a friend scheme.
  6. New clients will be eligible for a free Bayfields Eye Examination, including either an OCT OR Optomap scan.
  7. Offer subject to available appointments in practice.
