NHS Eye Tests at Bayfields Opticians
Why Are Eye Tests Important?
Routine eye tests help detect early signs of conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and even high blood pressure or diabetes. Even if you haven’t noticed any changes in your vision, regular eye checks can help preserve your long-term eye health.
How Often Can You Have an NHS Eye Test?
Most people eligible for NHS eyesight tests can have one every two years. In some cases, such as if you have a medical condition or ongoing eye issue, you may be entitled to more frequent check-ups. Our team will advise you based on your circumstances.
