Audiologist – Lightwater (GU18 5SA)
3 days / 24 hours per week (Monday to Saturday)

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are the Number One Which? Recommended Hearing Aid provider and we are now looking for an Audiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional hearing care to our clients in our Lightwater practice. We are also looking for a part time Audiologist in our Fleet, Knaphill, Sunninghill and Woking practices so can make this a full time role to cover an additional practice.
What makes this role special?
As our Audiologist covering our Lightwater practice, you’ll have the time and space to do things properly.
- 15-minute hearing health checks to identify needs and build rapport
- 75-minute hearing care examinations to dive deep into your clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and hearing goals
This extended appointment structure allows you to build trust, understand each individual, and recommend the most suitable solutions—without rushing.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out hearing care examinations to the highest clinical standards
- Following all current HCPC and BSA testing guidelines
- Collaborating closely with your practice team to deliver obsessively great service throughout the Bayfields client journey
- Educating clients about their hearing health and empowering them to make informed decisions
- Supporting a seamless experience in Lightwater.
