Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are the Number One Which? Recommended Hearing Aid provider and we are now looking for an enthusiastic Audiologist to join our Sunninghill practice for 3 days / 24 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm). Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hearing care that truly makes a difference? At Bayfields, we don’t just check hearing—we transform lives through personalised care and lifestyle-focused solutions. We are also looking for a part time Audiologist in our Knaphill, Lightwater and Woking practices so can make this a full time role to cover an additional practice so you will need to have a full UK driving licence and car.
What makes this role special?
As our Audiologist covering our Fleet & Sunninghill practices, you will have the time and space to do things properly.
- 15-minute hearing health checks to identify needs and build rapport
- 75-inute hearing care examinations to dive deep into your clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and hearing goals
This extended appointment structure allows you to build trust, understand each individual, and recommend the most suitable solutions—without rushing.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out hearing care examinations to the highest clinical standards
- Following all current HCPC and BSA testing guidelines
- Collaborating closely with your practice team to deliver obsessively great service throughout the Bayfields client journey
- Educating clients about their hearing health and empowering them to make informed decisions
- Supporting a seamless experience in Sunninghill.
