Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are looking for an experienced FBDO qualified Dispensing Optician to join our fabulous Knaresborough Practice (HG5 8AL). This is a full time, permanent role for 5 days / 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday 9am – 5:30pm).

Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We provide all clients with a 45-minute eye exam which gives us time to really understand their clients’ needs and lifestyles and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions.
It’s not all about dispensing, fitting and adjusting spectacles or even teaching clients how to use contact lenses, it’s about you delivering obsessively great service every step of the client journey and putting your clients at the forefront of their time in the practice.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- You will hold the FBDO qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a dispensing optician role.
