About the Role
Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists is looking for an experienced Optical Assistant to join our friendly Northcote Road practice. We are passionate about delivering obsessively great service through our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey — and we are searching for someone who shares that same commitment to exceptional care.
Rota Pattern
- Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
What We Are Looking For
- Previous optical dispensing experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confidence in building warm, lasting relationships with clients
- A positive, proactive approach to supporting the practice team
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and guide them through their Bayfields experience
- Support with dispensing and product recommendations
- Ensure every client feels valued, understood, and delighted
- Contribute to the smooth running of the practice
