Practice Manager – Optical

Are you an experienced optical professional ready to lead a thriving practice and make a real impact? We’re looking for a passionate Practice Manager to inspire our team in our fabulous team in Eltham (SE9 5DA) and help us deliver truly exceptional client care. This role is full time - 5 days / 40 hours per week (Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm).

The Role
As our Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the practice—leading your team, shaping performance, and ensuring every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
- Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
- Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplace
About You

- Experience in optical retail management
- A confident leader with a passion for optics and people.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- FBDO qualification (highly desirable)
- A proactive mindset and a drive to grow the business
