We take a little extra time, because it's worth it.
There's a lot to a good eye test. We want to find out how your glasses and contact lenses fit into your life, and where we can make things better. We also want to make sure we catch any potential issues before they cause bigger problems. That's why our eye tests usually last around 45 minutes.

We run an audiology clinic every Thursday. So whether you know you have problems with your hearing or were just wanting to get checked, why not ask for a hearing test with us? We offer free 15 minute hearing care checks.

I have been to Bayfields this week for ear wax removal. I was impressed with the level of service received from start to finish. When I arrived a smiling gentleman rushed to open the door for me (thankyou) and Jo invited me into the treatment room immediately. She was very attentive and explained everything clearly and professionally. It's a painless procedure and has made a great improvement to my hearing. Recently I have attended Bayfields for my Regular eye check, soon after I had my yearly check for my hearing aid. On both appts I received first class help and attention by the staff. Also enjoyed a hot chocolate drink, which was welcome. I have been a customer for many years as The staff are polite , patient and helpful.
