From entering to leaving it is a most pleasant experience - all of the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional in their approach. Eye tests and inspections are similarly professionally undertaken, with the minimal discomfort when eye drops are applied and all results and observations are fully and thoroughly explained every time. This is very reassuring to patients and gives confidence when making decisions concerning issues such as safety when driving. An excellent experience all round.
