Booked in for an eye test as this opticians is local to me and had the ability to book online, so it was convenient. All of the staff were really helpful and welcoming. I don't usually wear glasses, so they were able to advise me as to what would work best for me and offer me advice on which glasses suited me. The optician was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly as he did it. Would highly recommend here, I had a very nice experience and I'm really looking forward to picking up my new glasses- which coming from someone who was determined to never wear glasses, is high praise!
Very straightforward, welcoming, clean environment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had been previously to Boots to have a 15 minute hearing test, but I had a blockage, Bayfields audiologist was very reassuring and got the job done within 20 minutes. Fabulous! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the facility and staff at the Tarporley branch. It's well run very friendly and a very personable optician. They have all the equipment to check your eyes including diabetic screening. The advice is first class and I can't fault them in any way. Highly recommend them if your in the south Cheshire area. Covid distancing is strictly adhered to without it being obtrusive.
