There's a lot to a good eye test. We want to find out how your lenses fit into your life, and where we can make things better. We also want to make sure we catch any potential issues before they cause bigger problems. That's why our eye tests usually last around 45 minutes.

I had a very good experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The optician was thorough in my eye test and I was not rushed. She was very clear in telling me what was happening at each stage and why things were done, very reassuring. The young lady who was front of house and helped me with choice of glasses was again patient and attentive. I was not forced into purchasing glass frames with the highest price range but ones I liked. She also kept me informed of the pricing before confirming my purchase. I would highly recommend them.
