Yes, the Refer a Friend offer is valid in conjunction with Connect.
Terms & conditions
Connect includes different benefits, for eyes, ears and contact lenses which are included above. Other t&cs also include:
- Eye and ear care appointments available where an appt is clinically necessary
- 20% off spectacles and sunglasses excludes anything from our Complete Range.
- 10% off eye drops and cleaning products does not include Supplements
- Rigid/Gas Permeable Lenses are excluded from broken lenses replacements
- 10 Pairs of free Daily Disposable lenses each year: Only applicable where daily disposable contact lenses are available in a suitable prescription for you.
- You must be a registered client at one of the Bayfields Opticians and Audiologist practices to be eligible for the Connect plan.
- 12-month minimum term. If the plan is cancelled within 12 months, the client will be liable for making payment equivalent to the 12-month minimum or the cost of any benefits used, whichever is less.
- The plan is available to those who set up monthly direct debit payments (one yearly payment will not be accepted). It is also available to those clients who were previously on the Bayfields B-Free or B-You payment plans.
- Where a client is entitled to an NHS funded appointment. The NHS fee will be claimed.
- Contact Lenses cannot be supplied where an appointment is overdue. Payments may still be collected.
- Connect clients will be eligible for the entitlements detailed on their plan as soon as they’ve made their first payment.
- No refunds are available for eyecare, and services that have already been provided.
- All Connect benefits are redeemable only by the registered person who is signed up to the plan.
- Membership is valid until any cancellation of your direct debit payments or failure to collect payment.
