During Deaf Awareness Week, our Head of Audiology, Paul Jackson, provides valuable insights into identifying signs of hearing loss, exploring treatment options, and offering tips for supporting individuals with hearing impairment.

Earlier this year during Lockdown 3.0, Bayfields launched a Wellness Programme to support team wellbeing. Featuring sessions led by experts like Sophie Walsh-Harrington and Kate Clarke, it included 'Find Your Spark' masterclasses, yoga for embodiment, and HIIT for fitness. Despite limited team contact, the program was praised for fostering personal growth and resilience.
