It’s one thing to be handed an eye test prescription. It’s another to understand what it actually means for you. That’s why we make time to talk through your eye test results rather than simply sending you on your way.
Depending on the outcome of your appointment, your optometrist can explain:
-Whether your vision or prescription has changed
-What your new prescription means
-Whether you need glasses or an updated pair
-What your eye-health checks have shown
-What any OCT or optomap® images show, if these scans have been carried out
-Whether anything should be monitored
-When your next eye examination should be
-Whether there are any further steps to take
If you need a new prescription, we’ll give you a copy and explain the options available to help you see comfortably in the situations that matter to you.
That might mean everyday glasses, a pair specifically suited to work or driving, prescription sunglasses or a conversation about contact lenses.
Because your results belong to you, you can always feel comfortable asking questions about them.
