I can’t thank the young lady who served me yesterday and aga...in today for her patience and understanding. Yesterday I bought some sunglasses And decided they were the wrong ones, so I had to go in today and exchange them. Seems like a straightforward transaction, But not when you have anxiety. She gave me time to relax and calm down and help me in a new choice of sunglasses. I Don’t know her name, but thank you.

Our complex eye problems have been managed impeccably for several years , often picking up things the hospital didn't mention ! Everyone of the team is unreservedly recommended, Bayfields remains our first choice

Excellent end to end experience . Chi Choi spent time with ...a detailed examination of my vision ( it’s complicated ) ensuring all tests were carried out efficiently whilst reassessing me throughout the process. He has built trust by saying what he will do and doing just that, consistently. Add to this the “front of house” engagement is very good. Charles welcomed me to the store and his engagement whilst I was waiting to have my vision tested was super good as was the post vision summary. Simply put Bayfields of Nantwich provides excellent service and care and remains my optician of choice

Excellent service, as always. I have in the past, attended ...another “high street” optician thinking it’s better value for money. It’s not. The attention and care given at Bayfields is second to none. So helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and I will continue to visit them for my optical care in future.
